Visual Arts Collective is at it again. And by "it," we mean bringing Boise yet another amazing exhibition that defies the idea that ground-breaking art shows have to be brought to Boise from other cities. This time, VAC is bringing it to the street, literally, with their new exhibition "Eleven11: Art and the Urban Canvas," featuring 11 local urban/street artists with an installation to intrigue, taunt and tease. Artists include Paste Eater, Erin Ruiz, Ben Wilson, Jennie Myers, Gahlen Fridley, EPIK, Vy Boutdy, Bobby Gaytan and Jeremy Webster--to name a few (well, nine). The exhibition will run through the end of December, ending in a New Year's Eve party (plan ahead).
